Tony is a former Royal Marine and policeman of considerable experience who really engaged with my audience from the outset. His talk was superbly tailored toward my young injured recruits in RM Commando Training, who hung on his every word.

Full of humour and Commando Spirit, the way in which he took us all on a voyage through his experiences in the Falklands really struck a chord with the lads. Key Stage 4 students had the privilege of listening to an insightful, illuminating and thought provoking presentation by Tony Green – The Commercial Commando. Life experiences and the strategies developed to overcome obstacles and traumatic experiences, combined to deliver a powerful message about managing pressure, having a positive outlook and organising life, to achieve their chosen goals and career paths. A determination to succeed regardless of what life throws at you was the core of the presentation, it was delivered in a lively and engaging way that appealed to our students and staff.

Tony delivered a motivational talk to a group of first year undergraduate students. His talk demonstrated the nature of true motivational leadership in the most extreme circumstances – an account of his experience as a Royal Marine in a key battle in the Falkland Islands war. Tony’s account of leadership, teamwork and motivation in action was inspirational and helped the students to link leadership, motivation and teamwork theory to real-life practice.
